There is no substitute for relational partnering on the journey to building a healthy healthy Life Team.  Because each church and Team is unique, individualized coaching (or, discipleship) is essential.  The purposes of CFL's Life Team coaching are to help your particular Team maximize your ministry effectiveness within your specific context.  This requires hands-on involvement by the CFL staff - something we are most willing to consider!  We can meet with you (the leader) and/or your entire Team for coaching.
